Created the first online cash balance retirement plan. Designed and built software to automate cash balance plan modeling and maintenance. Resulted in dramatic time savings in plan design: from 2-3 weeks to 1-2 hours. Also designed and built web-based interface for (largely non-tech savvy) customers to manage their retirement accounts.

Company was acquired by JP Morgan.
