I am a Founder of PeopleLex . PeopleLex is a recruitment support services firm that utilizes live recruiters and technology to reduce the cost of connecting great people to employers.

Previously, I was with Booz Allen Hamilton, a management consulting firm, in their New York offices. At Booz Allen, I worked on strategy, operations and technology assignments for media and healthcare clients. Prior to Booz Allen, I was in the management consulting practice of Ernst & Young’s New York offices focusing on business analytics, M&A support and operations effectiveness studies for Telecom, Media and private equity clients. Before Ernst and Young, I worked as a product manager in a software start up in India focusing on US and Asia based internet, new media and mobile telephony clients. I was one of the earliest members of the start up whose current strength is now more than a 1000 people. I attended NYU’s Stern School of Business and graduated with an MBA from Melbourne Business School.
