		<description>I think with building any system (especially a business&#039; operations system), it&#039;s really important to keep tweaking, adjusting, fixing, improving.

And the best way to do that is probably to think if it as always being a work in progress, rather than thinking of it perfect and then acting surprised when it breaks.

I really liked your point about proportional investment. Something humans aren&#039;t generally good at!

Hum, now, if only I could get to grips with TDD myself...</description>
