How come independent directors own the company’s ( commom) stocks? I though independent directors can’t have any shares of the company? and when you mentioned independent directors do you mean non-executive directors?

Great stuff, really looking forward to more posts. As Co-Founder of RealEstateInvestor.com, a company currently based in Ohio with thoughts of raising a Series A round in the next 6 months, this website looks like it will be invaluable.

Instead of losing equity to VCs, maybe we’ll just send plane tix to you guys for our first international getaway, haha.

I generally abstain from offering hoorays, but hell, hooray! You guys rock.

I think you should consider turning this blog into a book somewhere down the road, once you amassed more content and a larger audience. You already have a great title, and your writing is excellent.

If you want any advice regarding publishing, let me know, I have some experience with it.
